Family Getaway

Traveled with family to Anna Marie Island for first time. Location and place was excellent, beach nice and grocery very convenient. The pool was not up to par as the jets did not work, so no water was circulating, contacted rental place twice about it, but no resolution. We had to skim and clean pool to use it as there was not a service provided for that. If more than 2 rentals are occupied the pool would be over crowded as signs says only 10 people and there only slightly more seats available as well.

Would Recommend, But A Couple Issues

This property is in a fantastic location, right on the beach and not far from restaurants. It is also beautifully appointed. We had a few issues - there are codes to the gate on the property, the garage door, the storage shed and the unit. The Unit's parking spot is accessed via the garage door. It took a couple of phone calls to the property manager to figure out what codes went with each item. I was surprised that there was so much uncertainty, especially when others that have stayed at this property complained about the same thing in written reviews. This needs to be straightened out and a clear message sent to each renter about each access point and the proper code for each. We also had a clogged sink in the master bathroom (water would barely go down) and the toilet seat was cracked completely through. How did the cleaning people not see that and instruct the property manager to get it resolved ASAP? When I reported it, it took a couple of days for them to fix - the sink was the most annoying because it was unusable. Also, the unit has absolutely nothing in the way of food - not even sugar, salt or pepper - you have to bring anything at all that you will need. Despite this, the people at the property management company were very nice and did get things fixed. We also loved the location and the property itself.

Ideal location

The location is my favorite aspect of this property. It's nestled on a reasonably quieter stretch of beach, and it's conveniently located in walking distance to Publix, restaurants, and other shops. The view of the ocean from the chairs in the living room is spectacular. I enjoyed reading there in the early morning. You should feel comfortable walking 3 flights of stairs to the unit, as the elevator frequently stopped operating. I prefer the exercise, but some may not.

Great stay with our kids and the grandmothers!

Five star condo! We had a fantastic stay and look forward to hopefully visiting again next year! The condo is very clean and the location was perfect. I liked having a private garage underneath for parking as well as the close proximity to Publix. The pool is a nice touch and my kids loved our private path to the beach. Our favorite part was the size of the condo because you didn’t feel like you were on top of one another with a large living room, as well as a great set up on the patio. The only downfall and it’s unavoidable, but the close proximity to the public beach means some riffraff will drift down your way. We heard some very inappropriate music and they were people smoking marijuana, but that was only over Memorial Day weekend then those hooligans cleared out.

Elevator was a problem twice. Stranding us due to my wife’s disability. Linens were poor quality and sparse. Kitchen pots and pans, are terrible for the quality of the property!

Wonderful place

Our family had a great Thanksgiving week! The property was nice, clean, and had an awesome view of the ocean. Very up to date TV’s with plenty of on demand choices, comfortable furniture, and perfect size for our family of 6. We plan to stay here again.

Beautifully beach decorated condo on the beach

Palm Gables 112 is a beautifully beach theme decorated condo right on the beach. The area was quiet and safe without touristy activities next to it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. (We did need TP and paper towels but that’s not a big deal.)TV in each bedroom for those that need it, beach towels included as well as plenty of towels and washcloths. The outdoor covered patio/balcony was amazing to enjoy even in the rain! The pool was wonderful too. Internet was good, every tv station available too. Being on the 3rd floor was the best because it have us incredible views of the ocean.

Beautiful Gulf Coast Destination

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The elevator was not working the first couple of days which made it very difficult to get all of our luggage and groceries up four flights of stairs. The code was not given to us for the correct garage and parking space. We stayed during COVID-19 and there were no antibacterial sprays or soap. The ammenties for the beach were lacking. We had to purchase a sunbrella. Besides the downfalls, the perks of the condo are plentiful! Top of the line appliances, TVs and comfort. The view other emerald Gulf is breathtaking.

Wonderful Stay

The condo/apartment was lovely. Very spacious in the living area and dining area. A lovely open patio for watching the sunset. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and worked for our needs. The location was wonderful. We had a pool right downstairs, the beach was steps away, and a supermarket and pharmacy were only a short few blocks from us. The beach is fantastic. Never overly crowded, soft sand, and clear water. My only issues were - the parking spot (which was great to have) was rather tight to get in an out of with our caravan. The toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom was in the way no matter where we put it, and the condo could use some plastic hangers (rather than bent wire ones).

Beautiful view and well kept property. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the gulf with short walk to the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time staying at this location!
