We had a problem getting the door unlocked when we got there. But overall it was great clean perfect for our family. And a short walk to beach!

Absolutely do not stay here

We arrived at property and batteries on door was dead so couldn’t enter. Took over an hour for property management company to contact owner. Owner was aware of the battery issue and learned that place hadn’t even been cleaned for check in. They move us to another unit owner had on same property. We walk in and beds aren’t made, there are no towels to shower, there were grime rings on one toilet, the other toilet was broken and woouldnt even flush. We were told toilet would be fixed next day and 4 day trip toilet was never fixed. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet so had been put up dirty. There are so many nice property’s on the island, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Hot in Hilton Head

Checked in to find no working AC in unit. Was told it might be due to recent storm, but all other units were working. Also found the air handler return to be very dirty and areas of mold around several vents. This could not have been due to the storm. I have photos if someone would like them.

It was okay

The condo was okay. Nothing terribly wrong with it but it just wasn't great. The kitchen was definitely not fully stocked - we had to buy baggies, napkins, aluminum foil, toilet paper and laundry soap. The only thing other than some pots and pans and silverware were salt and pepper shakers. I was very surprised that a beach rental would not supply beach towels! All four of us had to buy beach towels and then try to cram them into our already full suitcases to take home! The beach chairs should be replaced - they were very rusty and pretty heavy to be carrying down the stairs and then on the 15 minute walk to the beach. We had a fun trip, but I would pick another place to rent if we ever return to Hilton Head Island.

Clean but dingy

The place was as clean as it possibly could’ve been, yet it still had a mildew smell. The bed was not very comfortable. It is a very basic unit. There was not many toiletries or general kitchen supplies. No coffee maker, only a keurig that looks like it’s seen better days. It is on the second floor.

Great location!

The location was great with easy access to walk to the beach and sidewalks the whole way! It was great to have pools on the property and as added bonus was the corn hole and ping pong table in the clubhouse. The space was clean and cozy. Loved having two bathrooms! We experienced the neighbors being quiet. Will definitely keep this in mind if I decide to return to Hilton Head!

This was our second time staying in this exact condo. We were very pleased with it the first time however this is what we noticed this time…. we didn’t get to the condo until 9pm and our bed was not made; the floors were dirty. We contacted the person our email said to contact and she sent someone to fix our bed and mop the floors however before she got there we found some sheets to make it. During our stay other things we noticed; the mattress is terrible we didn’t sleep well; the ceiling fans are dirty, it has a moldy smell, we dropped something under the bed and it was filthy under the bed, the blankets that was on our bed was what the person before had used i’m not sure it had been washed. We and every person that rents this unit are charged a cleaning fee I would think someone would make sure it’s being cleaned. Also, the first time we stayed we were given a parking pass to put on our review mirror. This time it seemed the security team could not get on the same page when we first got there they told us to fill out a paper and they’d get us a pass for our rearview mirror that never happened they kept acting like didn’t know who we were and making us show proof of who we were and kept giving us a temporary pass. And one night there wasn’t a guard to let us in we called him (this was like @ 8:30 not even late) and he buzzed us in.

The condo is a little outdated. Furniture (LR) stained. The cleaning is fair. (Expect dust, dirty floors, marked up walls.) The location is great to walk to the beach. Quick Uber to restaurants. The condo community does have two pools. The “fitness center” isn’t really a fitness center. Three pieces of cardio equipment only. Easy access to main roads and shopping centers.

Don’t Be Fooled By Pictures

Booked for a girls trip. Things were disappointing the moment we arrived. Front door had numerous areas of peeling paint, there was a funky odor, kitchen appliances did not appear clean. Living room tv wouldn’t connect, internet kept dropping every 15 minutes or so. Tried to cook but no baking sheets or pot holders, smoke alarm went off while preheating oven. Sinks/tubs wouldn’t drain. Master bed mattress was awful so we moved to the pullout couch, but there were no linens for it. I’m all for shabby chic, but the scuffed walls and dirty cabinets made it just plain shabby. That being said… the location was great, unit is closest to gate/road to beach access and also very close to the pool, which was lovely. The beach cart and beach chairs were convenient, although cart was missing a wheel and hard to navigate down the stairs. Would definitely stay on property again but cannot recommend this particular unit. To be fair, we did not reach out to the management company regarding the above issues. With only two full days for our trip, we didn’t feel it worthwhile to try and rectify anything during our stay - we just made do (with wash cloths for pot holders and iPads for tvs) but it’s disappointing, especially for the price. Will not return, will not recommend.

It's... just okay.

Check in was easy enough, however upon arrival we had issues with televisions and wifi. Calling the on site contact was an absolute bust, your on site contact is the housekeeper and she cannot help. I was forwarded to the owner who eventually did help. Mold in the bathtubs and no linens for the pull out bed. The view from the patio is a mildly busy road and the house across the street was having serious work done in their front yard. Beds uncomfortable, furniture is cheap, very bare bones. The wiring makes no sense. Multiple outlets do not work and some are wired to random switches. You do most of the cleaning but for mopping and sweeping, so I wasn't thrilled about the high cleaning fee. The hot tub was also out of order for which I recieved a small refund. The owner was very apologetic and kind but even though I came when the prices were significantly lower vs Summer season, I wish I had just booked a hotel room. After 3 nights here I can't wait to leave.

Communication with Evolve could have been better. Emails were not returned. When we called two days prior to arrival, Alex was fantastic and apologetic. She sent us our codes and check in procedures and added the extra night we wanted. The owners have done a very good job on property, although a few repairs are needed: new sliding glass door handle, printout of instructions for getting personal netflix/ prime accounts to work, kithchen towels and potholders. We really did have a great time!

Great owner communication!

Received a phone call at check in that the washer/dryer was not working. The property owner stayed in daily communication with me via text and phone call to let us know the repair status. Unfortunately after two service repairs it was decided the unit would not be fixed during our stay. After two days the owner made sure we had access to clean linens and I was given a fair refund for the inconvenience within a day after checkout. Besides the laundry issue, the condo was perfect for our stay. We spend most of our time on the beach. The walk is very easy! The condo could use some rugs to catch the sand at the front door and balcony. Overall we had a wonderful week and would stay here again!
