This is a beautiful, spacious, clean and fully furnished 2500 sq ft smart home with 10' ceilings, cement flooring and a gorgeous large covered lanai overlooking peeks of the ocean, the Waianae mountains, and Kaena point. The covered lanai is a very special place to enjoy the gorgeous pastel sunsets every night! Enjoy the private large yard with various lounge chair zones and delicious fruit trees including guavas, mangos, bananas, starfruit, noni, lemons, limes, oranges, passionfruit, coconuts, rosemary, oregano, hibiscus, orchids, plumeria, heliconia, antherium, herb garden etc.!

Every room has its own dedicated workspace with its own large standing desk and Herman Miller desk chair facing a window overlooking lush scenery, each with great set ups for zoom calls.

This is a smart home outfitted with automatic Phillips Hue lights, Sonos speakers in every room, and an Irobot vacuum. We have a 75” Samsung frame TV and a cozy large couch setup to enjoy movies, as well as to practice some yoga/fitness classes in the large living room, etc.! There is a guitar and ukulele for you to enjoy as well. We have an amazing large and fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook! Our home has a modern yet relaxed, island boho feel and we are sure you will feel right at home :) Our property is on an acre of land, fully fenced and with an entry gate. There is a cement pad allowing 3 parking spots.

The home includes an open kitchen / living / dining room, 3 bedrooms each with dedicated workspaces, 2 bathrooms, 2 great lanais with cozy furniture zones, and a backyard with fruit trees and multiple loungechair zones.

Pupukea is a special, quiet country refuge just up the hill from all the action of the North Shore. The home is just a few minutes from Foodland, Coffee bean, some great food trucks, the North Shore bike path, The 7 mile miracle, Sharks cove, 3 Tables beach, Waimea Beach, Pipeline, Sunset beach etc. etc. - tons of gorgeous beaches! We also have the beautiful Pupukea forest hiking trails, biking trails, a sacred Hawaiian site, the gorgeous North Shore Meditation center as well as various fitness classes and salons right here in our little neighborhood. Haleiwa town and Turtle Bay are about 15 minutes in either direction.
