Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute drive to the Sea isle beach access point.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Always Summer boasts an open-concept living area on the main floor, perfect for families or friends to gather. The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and everyone can enjoy meals together in the dining area that flows seamlessly into the living room. This level offers two comfortable bedrooms: a primary suite with a queen-sized bed and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, ideal for kids. There is also a shared full bathroom on this level.

Head downstairs to the fun game room, complete with a ping pong table and a flat-screen TV for movie nights or game tournaments. This space cleverly doubles as a sleeping area with two full-sized futons and a space-saving twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. A full bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located downstairs as well.

Step outside and soak up the Texas sunshine on the expansive upstairs patio, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining. The large backyard provides ample space for yard games, while evenings can be spent gathered around the firepit sharing stories under the stars. Always Summer truly lives up to its name, offering the perfect beach getaway for relaxation and fun.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
