„Our second time in this beautiful home, it has everything. The sunrise from the main bedroom is just breathtaking. The sun on the windows in the mornings were welcome on a cold morning. We loved our 12 days, so relaxing.“

„The size was big enough for 2 families to enjoy easily with enough space to escape the crummy weather. The house was clean and heating worked well. Furniture was an eclectic mix and bedding was atrocious. Mattresses are generally old, several of them are bowed, and you can feel springs through them. Would not comfortably sleep 13 as advertised, could possibly manage 12. Fridge wasn’t working, initially wouldn’t cool then, after a service person repaired it, it froze EVERYTHING. Other ...

„All the outdoor areas were dirty.BBQ not cleanedInside dining room chairs were stained and unstable.Main bedroom bed was veary awkward to get in and out of.Aircon location on the wall of main bedroomwas veary noisy.( hard to get a good night's sleep)Linen on the beds was grey and not to standard.No furniture on outside front deck to sit on.Inside front modular lunge was uncomfortable and old.Windows has not been cleaned.Besides all the negatives it is a great location, but it is not a luxury ...

„We enjoyed our week in Encounter Bay. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the extras supplied in this house. Whilst the house was mostly well equipped the stove/oven was quite slow and with only 1 rack in the oven cooking for our group of 9 took a long time. All the rooms were quite small compared to other houses we have stayed in for similar price. Thankfully the weather was great and we were out a lot so it didn't matter too much. Overall a great experience.“
