From a contractor’s point of view this place is in very rough shape and needs a ton of maintenance… exterior looked like a disaster from unstable stairs going up to the overgrown weeds. Inside light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling, drywall looked unfinished. The filters underneath the microwave looked like they’ve never been cleaned. (Fire hazard).I could go on, however no trouble with the stay instelf, just was not impressed. “
