Just LIKE A LUXURY 5-STAR HOTEL ROOM BUT WITH A FULL KITCHEN! THERE IS NO WASHER AND DRYER IN THIS UNIT.

Due to there being no washer and dryer in the unit. Guests will have a set of 8 baths, 8 hand, and 8 washcloths regardless of whether you stay 2 nights or a week. Over a week, we drop fresh towels off, and the others will be picked up.

​Around May, June, and July, you’ll have entertainment by local bands and some Nashville hits!! (Seasonal and depends on Sand Bar band schedule) The beach vendors work hard daily to ensure guests are well taken care of. Especially because some of them live in the resort, they take pride in this resort and want to take great care of our guests. You cannot beat Silver Shells Beach and Spa Resort here in Destin!

This incredible 1BR/STUDIO provides an immaculate getaway with a private gated patio, renovated interior, and incredible resort views. Take advantage of unbeatable amenities, including the pools, fitness center, on-site dining, Gulf Front Tik Tik Hut, and hot tub.

When you are not by the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf, head to dining at The Back Porch Restaurant, only a 5 min walk, or onsite, there are two other restaurants to choose from. The Destin Commons mall has various entertainment, shopping, and dining options.

Please note this condo has no washer and dryer, but you can take advantage of the pickup and drop off laundry service available. When it’s time to eat, gather at the oversized kitchen counter or have a private meal on your teak patio set.

BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to two guests in a king-sized bed. Sleep comfortably in the studio, offering a blackout automatic shade for complete darkness. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

WHY WE LOVE IT:
The patio is a direct walkout to the pool and beach. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is also located on the premises at Silver Shells. There is no need to leave this incredible Destin resort once you are here. Henderson Park is adjacent to Silver Shells and offers a private untouched beach not found in other Destin resorts. Back Porch restaurant is a stroll down the beach, and Silver Shells guests have their tiki hut for drinks and meals right on the sand. Grab a dinner out and then soak in the hot tub with a spirited drink for 2

Guests have access to the gym onsite.

​This studio is a large, very spacious room for two! This condo is for adults only(we make exceptions for kids if one adult and one kid, but ask first). Max is TWO People.

You'll see the whole resort, the gulf, the pool, and that gorgeous sun every morning through the high glass patio doors. It's just beautiful! We loved walking to dining every night! This was a surprise little getaway for my Husband’s 46th Birthday, and could not be more perfect, in-spite of the cold and rainy weather. We traveled in early Jan. 2025, (off-season) and was too cold to swim in the pool/ocean (for us).The place was as expected, very clean and very accurate to the pictures advertised. The pool and beach access was right in our backyard! The bed had high quality sheets and duvet covers. The lounge was also very comfortable. There was a variety of eateries all within walking distance.Our host, Patty, was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure our arrival and stay went seemless. She, gave us restaurant options and text pictures of details that would help our stay.Patty, thank you so much for your professionalism and hospitality. This will be our little spot, for future stays. Thank you again for adding to our stay to being special, thank you for everything!!

Honeymoon

Rented this for my daughter and her husband for thete honeymoon and they loved it. The host even had rose pedals on the bed and down the hallway for them which was really sweet. They said it was clean and super nice.

We enjoyed our trip & accommodations. Patty responded quickly to a few questions/concerns we had about the key code and ongoing maintenance on the patio. She was generous with offering a nice dinner to us to make up for the maintenance issues and communicated well.

I booked Studio in January for a family vacation in May. The minute I took my phone off of airplane mode I received text messages from the owner along with picture’s saying that the patio was under construction and would not be available throughout my whole stay in Destin. I was instantly stranded. Had to find another place to stay and was unable to book that until the next night. BIG inconvenience! I will never book with these owners again! I also had difficulty getting paperwork to sign. Owner is not efficient and extremely inconsiderate of informing people ahead of time about things happening on the property. After this last minute communication with me she cancels my reservation at my request a writes a review stating that “I had a conflict with the property rules.” Buyer be ware…

10/10, everything you could need in a kitchen, great patio for breakfast, full fitness center, walk to the pool and beach, sandbar and live music on the weekends. Only downside is you can’t have personal umbrellas, you had to rent the resorts for $35 a day. As a pale redhead this was upsetting, but we made it work with splitting the day up with the umbrellas by the pool. Backporch restaurant was amazing, albeit expensive, Walmart was a 2 min drive away, no good coffee places around but we’re particular about our coffee so we made our own. We saw dolphins and swam with sting rays on the private beach. Not if but WHEN we come back we will be staying here again

Delightful!

This was our first time to visit the gulf coast during the winter and it did not disappoint. This place was the perfect size for us and was in a great location. Close to all the things we wanted to do but a large enough property to feel secluded. Its staying on my favorites list for future visits!
