Inside, the home exudes pure luxury and comfort. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted with a sense of relaxation, complemented by views of the exquisite outdoor space. The first floor offers a King Suite, a Hall Bunk Alcove (sleeps 4), and a full bathroom—ideal for easy living on the main level.

Gourmet Kitchen & Open Living Area
Head upstairs to the second level where the open-concept floor plan connects the gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area. This level also features two massive King Suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and king-sized beds, providing comfort and privacy for your guests.

Three More King Suites & Bunk Room
On the third floor, you’ll find three additional King Suites, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a luxurious shower. One of the suites offers a private balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening nightcap. Behind sliding barn doors, the bunk room is equipped with two full-over-full bunk beds, a private closet, and an ensuite bathroom. There are also twin-over-twin built-in bunks in the second game room area for extra sleeping space.

Lots to love and yet things to dislike

The house was great in that it was roomy and seemed clean. It included lots of conveniences such as pool towels and floaties, beach toys and 2 sets of washers and dryers. The TV by the pool didn't work for half of our trip and only started working when we went searching of popped outlets. The same was true for the grill which we ended up not using as it seemed dilapidated. Communication was very poor to non-existent. The person covering on the weekend was helpful enough. But, we were asked to use the app to communicate during the week and those messages went unanswered. And our phone calls were not answered and messages not returned. Which is why we had to fix the pool TV on our own. The internet was sketchy which we also asked for help with and never got. We did make the most of our stay though. The pool and hot tub area is very nice, the beautiful beach was within easy walking distance and the Destin area is easy to navigate with lots of fun things to do.

This house is absolutely amazing. Every detail has been thought of. The bedrooms are plush and the beds are comfortable. Management was amazing. They took care of every little problem and there were very few. When you have a house this big, you are bound to find something wrong. And they took care of it in a very timely manner.. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. Along with the door fireplace and the grill was big and really works well The pool in the hot tub were amazing. Spacious house

Very big house that can sleep a lot of people. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Quick couple min walk to the private beach around the neighborhood even our 4 year old can do. Had 2 issues and the property management was very helpful and responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious Destin House

The house was well planned and laid out and easily accommodated our family of 19. There were a few items that needed handling and they were taken care of promptly by Hugo. He was very pleasant. There are some other problems that need to be addressed for the long term: 1-The oven shelves are too narrow for the oven width. You have to be very careful removing anything that the shelf does not collapse. We tried moving them around, but nothing fit right. They need to buy new shelves. 2-One refrigerator is not enough for a house this size. We had to throw food away because there was no place to store it. a fridge in the garage would solve the problem. 3-The front yard and driveways are a mess. Other houses in the neighborhood have pavers across the front instead of the strips at this house. It causes a lot of sand to be brought into the house because kids step in the sand when they get out of the car. It really needs to be redone. Overall, it was a wonderful house, and our family truly enjoyed it. The beaches were the best I've ever been to.

How do you please 26 people ages 5-45? You rent this house. The Sandprint Castle had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation from beach toys and a private pool to the enormous kitchen, cabinet space, and bedrooms. I cannot say enough about the owner, Daniel. The weather wasn’t the best the week we were there so what does he do? He had his pool guy come over and heat the pool for the entire week…FOR FREE! ($1000 saving!) Happy kids=happy vacation! Thanks Daniel for making this trip one we’ll never forget. We will definitely be back.

Roomy, clean and the perfect location for your large group!

This house is located in an excellent spot, close to eating and shopping. It’s in a quiet, private neighborhood. The private access beach is incredible! White, sugary sands and so much exclusive room for the renters. The house is huge and comfortable, stocked with all the things needed for a week for eating and enjoying life! There is every beach toy imaginable in the garage to use, including a wagon and beach chairs. There were several bikes in the garage for our use that were a welcomed discovery! House was absolutely spotless and the layout and space were perfect for our 6 couples and our high school aged kids. David was a very quick communicator for any questions or concerns we had. The first night we discovered the outdoor TV wasn’t working so he sent the repair man immediately to check it out and when it couldn’t be fixed, he went directly to the store to purchase a new one and install it for us at like 10pm. Above and beyond to make sure we were set for the night. We would stay at this residence again, or rent from any others owned by David.

Spring Break 2023

We had wonderful accommodations for our week. The place is wonderful for everyone to gather yet have their own space when needed or desired. The beds were comfortable. Proximity to the oceanfront beach area is also a positive. The pool is a nice piece to the overall experience for relaxation or if the beach is what is not desired on a day. The pool area also has some nice room for people to sit around or congregate for a meal. Some feedback would be that the unit would benefit with another refrigerator for large groups that stay at Sandprint Castle. Overall a great experience with nice accommodations. We would recommend to anyone that has a large gathering of friends or family.

We had a great experience at your property.

This is a great home for a family vacation. There were 13 of us . Children 4 through 18 , parents and grandparents. Common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us as well as smaller gathering areas. Our family loved the pool and outdoor kitchen area. It is only a short walk to the beach. The owner also made availability 6 bikes and a large amount of pool and beach toys. It is a great place to stay.

Great week in Destin!

We love Dunes of Destin neighborhood, houses and easy proximity to the beach. Sandprint Castle was perfect for our group and the management company, Sea E O Property Rentals, and their management, LAURIE & DAVID DUBIEL, were responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Sandprint Castle Getaway

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home, plenty of space for our family of 25. Fantastic location in the heart of Destin with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. A short 5 minute walk to the sugar white sand beach! Umbrellas and beach chairs were provided for each rental property on the beach was a very welcome surprise. The garage is full of bikes, beach toys and a wagon to transport these items to the beach.Communications were always very prompt from owner. We loved the pool/outdoor gathering space that was equipped with giant grill, large table and chairs, beverage frig and sink. We did have a couple of issues with the kitchen frig not being very cold and the ice maker did not work. We were also not happy regarding the extra cost of heating the hot tub. We felt at the cost of our rental, the heat for the hot tub should have been included! Also the threat/cost of misplacing even one of the beach bracelets that must be worn on the beach was a little unfriendly and unwelcoming. I hope that the owner might take these items in consideration for future renters. Overall, our family had a fantastic time at this property despite those few things mentioned and we would book this house again in the future.

Great location, horrible host

This is by far is the worst VRBO I have experienced. We arrived shortly after 4 pm, the cleaning people were still there. The house was NOT clean, even if they would have stayed another couple hours it wouldn't have been cleaned. Just a quick summary: dirty sheets on beds, not enough towels (less than 20 towels), towels in cabinet were damp, dirty towels shoved into bathroom cabinets, no dish towels, and a MOUND of trash on the side of the house. I contacted the host, David, about these issues. He had the cleaning crew bring us new towels. We washed the sheets, and attempted to dry damp towels. We discovered that the towels were damp because it took about 5 cycles for the towels to dry. David's response was that they were good quality dryers, they should work. No attempt at resolving the issue. The ice maker in the kitchen did not work, but they did have an ice maker in the outside grill area. There were press on fingernails in one of the showers. Which again leads me to the conclusion the house was not cleaned properly. David's response to the home not being cleaned was the group before us was rough, and the cleaning crew usually does a good job. Again, no attempt at a resolution. Our first evening in the house the kids are in the pool, and one of the kids cut his toe on a piece of glass in the pool. He required an ER visit, and 10 stitches. David's response was the pool company was out the day before your arrival, but I will have them sweep the pool as soon as possible. (The "rough" group before us remained another night and part of the day after the pool company cleaned the pool). We found beer cans, beer bottle caps, and glass in the bottom of the pool. David's response was the pool cleaner didn't find any glass. Well of course not, it was in the kid's foot that had to be taken to the ER for stitches. David offered us 6 complimentary beach chairs for the week. He did not offer to pay for the ER visit. The front door wouldn't unlock with the code, David said code is good so we must be doing it incorrectly. He came out to the house and we discovered the panel had been unplugged before our arrival. Codes won't work if panel is dead. CO detector went off, it took over an hour to find a code to turn it off. I had to call fire Dept to clear the house. David said that's what I should do if it made me feel better. David made excuses, and offered no resolutions. Unaccommodating host and dirty house. I do NOT recommend this home!!!

House was fantastic! Plenty of space for 5 couples and our kids with room to spare. Amenities are close, beach is a quick walk away , pool & hot tub were fantastic for the cooler days/ nights . Kitchen was well stocked and David was vey responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again .

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! The house was perfect. We had 14 kids and 12 adults and had plenty of space. The property manager, David went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We couldn’t get the TV to connect to cable. We really wanted to watch NCAA tournament. That evening David came out to the house and had the cable company there to fix the problem in no time. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at the sandpoint property. Perfect distance to the beach and we fully enjoyed the hot tub at nights. The bunk room is no longer 6 single bunks but it is 3 twin over twin bunks which caused us to have to adjust our sleeping arrangements. The rental company was very prompt at helping when things came up and answering questions. One thing you might want to be aware of is that you will need to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags as those are not provided for the length of your stay. All in all it was a great location and we fully enjoyed the home and the amenities it provided! Highly recommend this location if you are visiting Destin.

Destin Family Thanksgiving

Our first time to Destin and we very much enjoyed our visit and thought the Samdprint Castle was the perfect place to stay. The layout was just perfect for our party of 10. We enjoyed the open kitchen and family room and just loved using the heated pool and spa. We also liked the location being close to the beach and close to many of the activities we did during our stay. We did have a few minor initial issues in understanding the home but our property manager David was extremely response and all our issues were quickly resolved. The only suggestions we would have would be to provide a bit more information on how some of the home features operated so we would not need to trouble the property manager.

Family Vacation

I will try and keep it short. (The Good) The house was amazing, rooms and bathrooms were great, kitchen was spectacular and the pool and Jacuzzi were nice. (The Bad) Elevator not included, heated pool and Jacuzzi not included, needed extra outside garbage cans, buy toilet paper and paper towels and house could have been cleaned better. (The Ugly). There is a rodent issue, rat droppings on the second floor balcony, outside pool cabinets and draws, and saw a rat run behind the outside pool grill, up into the upper cabinets where they may be nesting. For the amount of money we spent for the house, I would have never expected to see a rat on numerous occasions poolside. But we made the best of it. I would have given everything 5 stars if it wasn't for those issues.

House was great. Need more garbage cans in bedroom and bathroom areas. Some of the showers needed a better cleaning. Pool was awesome. Layout was great for our group. Property manager was great.
