Broken rules that may result in extra fees charged to guest include but are not limited to the following:

- Signs/Smell of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc...
- Unauthorized Pets
- Bodily fluids of any kind on mattresses, furniture,
carpet, etc that result in additional cleaning.
-Damaged decor and furnishings.
-Excessive trash removal.

*No smoking in unit or on balcony. A charge of up to $500 may result if any indication of smoke is found in unit.

Pets are not allowed per the resort.
