* Starting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 , Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay. After that Providence will be charging each short-term rental guest (per person) $10.00 per day, or $40.00 per week to use the Association’s common area recreational facilities (Community Pool and Gym). That fee should be paid at the Clubhouse Front Desk in the time of using the amenities. There will be no cost to use the playground & tennis court and any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying this fee
