Positioned at Marker 40 with 50ft deep water at high tide, it's just a 20-minute boat ride to Savannah and Hilton Head, offering endless exploration possibilities.

Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 double beds and a bunk with a double bottom and single top. Jack n Jill bathroom and each bedroom have its own sink/toilet area. A cozy sitting room with a daybed and trundle is nestled in between. The large living room and kitchen boast an open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting island for entertaining. Along with a half bath conveniently there for you or guests to use.
