This cozy two-bedroom unit sports colorful and comfortable living and dining room furnishings and decor. Equipped with a stove to keep you toasty after skiing! The condo has two large bedrooms, each with an adjoining full bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful views of the West Elk Mountains year-round from the large patio accessible from the living room and bedrooms. For additional convenience, International-102 is located close to the guest laundry facilities, sauna, and seasonal hot tub. Enjoy awesome access to and from the slopes and trails in winter and summer! Dog friendly--this unit is perfect for the whole family!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building is entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access I-102.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle.. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!
