Not what we expected
The two stars are because the host was very responsive and refunded our money.
Some of these details may no longer apply, so check with the host to verify. I had to reach out to the host to get check in details the day before our stay, nothing was provided previously. The property was also used to rent out a vehicle through through another service. The house itself was not clean, the carpets had major stains in every room, the walls were dirty, and there was some dead worm thing crusted to the floor in the main entry room. Some of the linens had stains on them. We walked through the property and decided we were not comfortable staying there with our kids.
To the host's credit, after communicating all this and letting them know I was requesting a refund, they were very responsive and quick to work out a solution.
