Explore the lower property, where a hammock, wooden tree swing, and picnic table by the creek invite moments of peaceful reflection or playful picnics with family and friends. For your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a keyless entry system. You will receive a unique door code 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time, allowing you to enter the property at your leisure. This code will provide easy, hassle-free access throughout your stay.

While the property feels wonderfully private, its proximity to major roads makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. We recommend 4-wheel drive in winter months to access the home.

GUEST CHECK-IN FORM:
You will receive a guest check-in form immediately upon booking. Please review and fill it out within 48 hours to fully confirm your booking. We kindly appreciate it!
QUIET HOURS:
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.
Additional Guests and Visitors:
For the comfort, safety, and security of all our guest's, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from management. If you would like to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance. An additional fee may apply for any approved visitors or extra guests. Unauthorized visitors or guests may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund, in accordance with our house rules.
PLEASE NOTE: EV charging is not allowed at our homes without prior approval. If you need to charge your electric vehicle, please contact us in advance to discuss the options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Year-round access: The home is accessible year-round, but 4-wheel drive is required in the winter months.
Your first bundle of wood is provided for the inside fireplace and outdoor fire pit! There is additional wood for purchase on the property for your convivence! PLEASE NOTE: During summer months our indoor fireplace is not available for use!
