„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “

„Ein wunderbares Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Zum Old Market sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Zum Heartland of America Park sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Viele Restaurants (vor allem beim Old Market). Etwas enttäuschend war für mich, dass man für den Parkplatz als Hotelgast zusätzlich bezahlen musste (glaub 6 Dollar).“

„I love almost everything about this hotel. It’s very unique! Their front desk also doubles as a bar! It might be off putting for those, like myself, who have that sort of anxiety. Although, the bartender/front desk person was very friendly and quick. The room I personally booked was surprisingly small, but I believe that’s just because of the type of room I chose. It was my first time there, so I can’t speak for the size of the other rooms. But the amenities and coziness definitely made up for ...

„We were in a queen suite with pullout couch. The pullout was not in good condition. Had to sleep on cushions from couch. Had to request all bedding for that. Room was clean & spacious. Strong smell of weed in hallways. Pictures are a little deceiving. Overall it was nice but I thought it was going to be more upscale. “

„Great stay! Very clean, smelled wonderful, plenty of staff and all were very friendly. Anna’s speakeasy is a good experience as well! We chose to park on the street and use the ParkMobile app instead of paying for valet service, and in hindsight, probably would have just paid the $30 per day for that. We spent less on parking overall but it was a hassle finding spots, with having to park about 3 blocks away after getting back from our concert around 11:30 pm on Saturday night. “
