Luxury golf condo staring out at a beautiful "Tee shot" view and long green fairway.Perfectly updated, clean and comfortable with resort amenities! You really should take a swing at booking this fabulous vacation rental spot!!

The Space:
Believe me, all vacation condos are not the same. You can expect to arrive to a fabulous, updated, clean (CDC Standards), well-appointed condo that is second to none! Come on in after a day of all the Branson fun to soft seating while you enjoy your show on the smart TV and kick your feet up. Retreat to premium beds with quality bedding for an excellent vacation sleep! Have everything you need to cook up a masterpiece in the fully equipped kitchen. Sip your morning coffee or evening drink on the balcony overlooking Pointe Royale Golf course. Make sure to plan time for fun. The resort amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, children's play area, access by walking to lake Taneycomo, onsite restaurant and bar. There is no better place to be than "The TeeShot".

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Everything was great except never did get email from them. Had to call. When air conditioner kicked on it made a loud noise. Everything else was great, place was very homey and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful property, could be improved a bit

Beautiful property. Quiet, away from the bustle of the main part of Branson. The golf course was gorgeous and I loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings. The apartment itself was very nice looking and the beds were comfortable. There was an issue with one of the beds not being clean when we got there, but the company sent someone out to fix it as soon as we told them the issue. I would have liked more bowls in the kitchen, as well as a better pan set (main frying pan was falling apart) and some more washcloths to use during our stay, but all in all it was a great resort.

A little bit of everything!

Beautiful, gated property! The Tee Shot is clean, comfortable and easy to access. It’s right next to the main pools and restaurant. Close enough to walk down to the play area and water as well. You are seriously minutes from the action in Branson as well! Will be going back for sure!

Nice location and area, the property itself was lacking

The property was a bit dated and lacked cleanliness. The coffee maker was unusable due to water spots and being very dirty. The blinds were very dusty and the sheets did not feel clean. I would recommend the property owner work with their cleaning crew to do a better job between renters

Pretty Neighborhood

Golf getaway

Branson is a busy place with much to do. We were out the majority of the day so we didn’t spend much time there. No pool time but I can see that as a great activity for other groups. Nice place, kept nicely.
