Awesome Family Generational Escape From The City
Our short family trip from St Louis was awesome. The property provided enough space, privacy, family gathering space and age appropriate activities for our generational trip. Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren of all ages enjoyed the property. The layout of the house was superb! The children were able to have their space and cousin time while not disturbing the older members of the group. The kitchen and dining room provided enough room for us to enjoy a meal together. The outdoor space provided us with a warm inviting gathering space to enjoy the relaxation of the hot tub and fire pit. The 3 story layout of the bedroom placement was excellent, the older grandkids were able to have their own private space and bathrooms while providing the adults the quiet of their own bedrooms. The views were gorgeous! Large parking area for multiple vehicles. Dumpsters were rather far away from the property. Beach towels would have been an excellent option to have. Beds were comfortable and various sizes were available. Even though we spent only 2 nights, the 2 laundry rooms were a bonus and were convenient to dry swimsuits after using the hot tub. Larger pots and pans would have been ideal for cooking for a large group. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were a great touch. The refrigerator in the downstairs area was great for the kids to have access to drinks and snacks while playing on the game table and video console. Very pleased with this property!
