„When first arriving to check in there was no employee present! There were 2 guests that were waiting to get checked in and one was calling the facility with none answering! My husband knocked on the employee door behind the desk and finally someone came out then greeted all of us !!! Second we received our room keys that didn’t work twice in a row. We then asked to be put in another room which was accommodated. I’ve stayed in this hotel before but was turned off for future stays “
