This apartment is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, ​​in a quiet and safe area, but at the same time with many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and cultural spaces.

The apartment has a very comfortable double room with everything you need to rest and relax. The bathroom is complete and fully equipped. In addition, it has a balcony where you can enjoy great views of the city that gives the apartment great light and air.

You are in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample, a residential area surrounded by local services with a wide variety of shops, boutiques and numerous charming restaurants and terraces. The apartment is surrounded by wonderful and attractive areas. You will be able to enjoy a typical Barcelona atmosphere, stroll through the wide and straight streets and discover the charm of the city in a quite different area from the historic center of the city.

You are very close to the main metro and bus lines, so you will not have problems getting around. The closest metro stations are Urgell (L2) and Universitat (L1, L2).

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.

Well equipped & great location. Bad key system

The flat is comfortable and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood with easy access to busier tourist areas and metros. My only complaint is the check-in and electronic key situation. We were never given a physical key to the apartment, despite being told we would have one. When we inquired about not finding one in the flat, we were told to rely completely on the electronic entry. The problem is that you need to have strong internet signal outside the building to get in, which I did not, so I always had to rely on my partner's phone to get us inside. If his phone had not worked, we would have been completely locked out all the time. This is a dangerous and stressful system that could easily be solved by providing physical keys.

Great Neighborhood But Some Undisclosed Facts

The apartment is a modern remodel in a 19th-century building in a wonderful neighborhood. The windows face into the interior courtyard of the block. Pros: Water pressure was great and the bed comfortable. There was very little noise to contend with. Cons: Not as clean as I would have hoped (especially the floors). Access to the apartment requires use of the internet, so if you forget your phone when you leave there's no way to unlock the door when you return! I would have preferred a physical key. And finally, there was no heat. The apartment was quite chilly in the mornings and evenings.

Wonderful place to stay instead of staying at a hotel. The apartment in is among a number of fine restaurants. It's also near a large grocery store and a large number of super mercatos, or small stores, that have a number of basic items. I wish the entry system was explained a bit more. The directions we were given did not work. Thanks to a persistent maintenance person who stayed on the phone for a hour or so to get the issue resolved. I also wish that manuals for the washer, dryer and thermostat were available. I got the washer and dryer to work although I don't know what I did to get it to work. I also never did figure out the thermostat. We had a problem with the toilet running on then day we arrived. A maintenance person was there really quickly. And this was on a Saturday around 5:00 in the afternoon. He left to get the part and all was resolved by around 6:30, toilet the the door lock mechanism.

Superb Barcelona Visit

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to all amenities, even a huge fish market and large grocery store 1/2 block away and also one of the best restaurants (La Fluata) in Europe (1 block away). This location facilitated a great visit for us in Barcelona and would definitely stay there again.
