To anyone reading this RUSH TO BOOK! We were a group of 6 celebrating two 60th birthdays and Peter the host went way and beyond to accommodate us including sourcing wine trips and way much more. The property is as pictured - the views are breathtaking, the apartment is spacious and clean - the beds are comfortable with incredible quality linen, there is everything you need at Happiness HQ to have an exceptional stay in Auckland. There is access to fantastic restaurants within a 5 min walking distance and public transit and shopping near byWe cannot thank Peter enough this property stay was one of our highlights if this is any indication of how amazing and quiet the property is one of our group slept outside on the balcony the entire stay (bar one night when it rained) to savor the experience of being on the water and breathing the quality air of Auckland - we would recommend for any group of travelers looking for a quality space to stay.

Amazing in Auckland

The view and location were perfect for exploring Auckland CBD and catching the ferry to the islands. Peter was an excellent host and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Watching the sailboats race in the afternoon from the lanai was relaxing after a long day of exploring .

Awesome location

We had a wonderful 4 nights at this perfectly located condo right on the wharf. It is well equipped, close to everything, and fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Peter, was responsive and made sure all was to our liking. Saturday night was a bit noisy as the nearby bars closed but other nights were fine. Great place and would use again.

Unbelievable harbor views and location in Auckland

We really enjoyed our stay in this perch above the harbor looking out to the boats and bridge. The lanai view was spectacular with plenty of furniture to enjoy it and probably our favorite feature. The location is perfect to enjoy the city or take day trips on the ferry. The host went above and beyond to outline instructions on arrival and checkout and was in constant communication when needed. He gave us recommendations for dining and shopping which was so appreciated. He left plenty of household items for every day cleaning up, cooking, laundry, and other needs for every day use. He was a stellar host and very kind. My family had a lovely time in this home. We would all recommend it to anyone hoping to visit Aukland.

Definitely one of the best

This is one of the best vacation rental place that we have ever been as a family. The view itself was priceless, and the host was amazing, easy to communicate and the property was clean and immaculate with all of the amenities, a nice coffeemaker, washer/dryer, heater, but the view itself is a million dollar view. Definitely a place that we will go back again if we go back to Auckland.

Perfect stay! Travelling with another couple, both celebrating 35 year anniversaries. Host was amazing from the start, with endless support, recommendations for tours, restaurants. Beyond amazing view and location

Beautiful, beautiful views and location. Large wrap around lanai. Tall ceilings with lots of windows and lights. Lovely, two story condo with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great for four women. Spacious and great location. Penthouse is spectular and we felt very comfortable and safe. Peter, the host, was wonderful, very kind and attentative to guests. Small points to be aware of but just personal taste: would have liked a small dinette set for 4 on the lania as we like to dine outside, more bathroom counter space (we are four women sharing); and prefer hard surfaces instead of carpeting in living and bedroom area. Bedrooms face interior of wharf so you may have to close windows on Friday night as we heard shouting voices (who we assumed to be late night bar patrons after bar closed) and early monring service vehicles to businesses. This is no criticism to the condo, just points to be aware of. We loved this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful location and great stay
