Upon entering the apartment, you’re greeted by a spacious open area combining the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable living room area, featuring a plush sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV for your entertainment. A dining table with seating for four is conveniently located nearby for meals or game nights.
Just outside the kitchen, you’ll find an additional living room space with a versatile sofa that converts into a futon. This extra area provides more room for relaxation or can serve as additional sleeping space if needed.
**Bedrooms/Bathroom:**
Down the hallway from the main living area, you'll find the full bathroom, which is well-appointed with a vanity, bathtub, and all necessary amenities. Further down the hallway is the first bedroom, furnished with a cozy queen bed and fresh linens. Continuing down the second hallway, you’ll reach the second bedroom, which also features a queen bed with freshly laundered linens, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
**Outdoor Space:**
At the front of the property, there’s a small outdoor area perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze. It features a table and chairs, as well as a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. This space offers a pleasant spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

This property is located in quiet North Beach Ventnor. The beach and boardwalk is only one block from the unit! Many restaurants and shops are nearby too, some of which are in walking distance. The Atlantic city casinos are only a 8 minute drive and Ubers are readily available and are a great way to access Atlantic City. Also nearby is Margate where you can go visit the famous Lucy the Elephant!
Notes:
Like many of the properties in this part of Ventnor, this home is considered a "duplex". There is another unit above this garden style apartment. The entrance to this apartment is in a completely separate area to the main house and none of the apartments amenities or outdoor space are shared The one exception to this is the BBQ. You will likely not see or interact with the guests staying in the upstairs unit.

The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
