MAIN FEATURES:

- Fully stocked with a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules provided, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and garbage bags.

BEDROOMS:

- Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in the basement level. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and are steps away from a full bathroom and the spacious and fully stocked game room.

- Bedroom 3 is on the main level and contains 1 comfy king sized bed and a foldable crib. The bedroom is attached to a full bathroom/laundry room. This level also has the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

- Bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs. Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed with plenty of room to spread out. Bedroom 5 contains two twin over full bunk beds and a twin trundle. Each bedroom is steps away from the full bathroom.

- The loft contains a bonus pull out queen sized sleeper sofa and overlooks the living room.

CAPACITY:

- We will consider parties larger than 14 on a case by case basis

- For parties larger than 14 people there is a fee of $50 per extra person per night

The entire house is yours to enjoy and you also have access to the community amenities (lake, pool, clubhouse, sports courts). 8 amenity passes are provided.

Other things to note
- There is a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.
- After your reservation is confirmed you must provide your email address for us to send you the community vehicle registration form and house contract. These forms must be completed and sent back at least one week prior to your check in date.
- There is a security camera on the property facing the driveway. It records audio and visual.
