„We so enjoyed this lovely home with four bedrooms and a bathroom for every room. It was so easy to reach the owners with a couple of questions, who themselves happened to be in Hawaii babysitting their grandchildren. I only have a couple of suggestions for safety and comfort. The futon in the downstairs bedroom needed to have a comfortable topping for the mattress because futons notoriously are pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. „For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.“

„My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised, clean, tidy, comfy, and a stones throw from the beach. It’s close enough to downtown S.B. that getting into town is quick and there’s a couple good restaurants and little market nearby if you need anything. „We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. „We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.“
