„Seit ich bei Expedia Hotels buche, war diese Hotel wirklich das schlechteste das ich gebucht habe. Ich meine es war wirklich nichts gut. Vielleicht der Check- In war noch erträglich. Es begann schon im Fahrstuhl der war total verklebt. Unser Zimmer war groß und mit Küche aber genauso dreckig und der Teppich echt total dreckig. Wlan richtig langsam und der Fernsehempfang war eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Ich wollte mir was ausdrucken, aber der Toner lag daneben und die Dame an der Rezeption war ...

„Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable (even the pillows!) and we slept so well. It was the first hot weekend of the summer, and the AC kept the room the perfect temperature, quietly. As for location, I've stayed in a few downtown Detroit hotels and I really enjoyed where this one was located. „The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. „Detailed check in instructions were easy to follow. Unit itself was clean, bright and well furnished. Sanitized and sealed toilet ensured we knew room had been cleaned before our arrival. Comfy King bed. A/C was running as we arrived to provide comfortable temp. Ceiling fans added to our comfort. Snacks were much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed after coming home from a Tigers game. „In town for a family emergency and we felt at home with the beautiful views, modern accomodations and proximity to our family. We will be back for a vacation.“

„My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.“

I stayed the night and had a small dinner party. If there was any issue or question no one hessitated to help out.“

„A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. „Schnelles einchecken obwohl wir 3 stunden zu früh waren mit sofortigem zimmerbezug. Alle extras waren vorhanden (inkl. Abschminktücher und richtigem badeteppich). Personal war sehr sehr nett. Einzig war es bis um 1sehr laut, da kinder im flur wchrien und spielten“
