A few things would improve the property. 1) Motion activated lights on stairs are not all working. 2) Putting a mirror in the bedroom so that occupant can use a mirror - not having to use the bathroom. 3) Better lighting for the couch and table in living room. 4) Pads for dining chairs - they are very uncomfortable.
