„We very much enjoyed our 1 week vacation in this nice house close to the beach - especially sitting on the terrace watching sun set. Supermarket, bars, restaurants are all in walking distance, perfect jogging opportunity on the ocean front (either on sand or on the ocean front walk), san diego with all its sightseeing spots near by. The house has everything that is required for a family vacation. Parking was no problem for us. Thanks for having us.“

„Property was great! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer took a long time to do a load of laundry but got the job done nonetheless. Rodney was responsive to texts and offered up suggestions on dining when asked. No grill or fire pit like listed unless it was tucked away where we didn’t see. Wasn’t important enough to ask about though. Didn’t impact our stay. Ocean beach is nice but it’s a little drive time wise to the nicer beaches for families. Would stay again for ...

„We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. Inside has everything you need, even dog bowls (course we forget them)! The treat jar was a special touch as well. We had plenty of towels, ...

„First off the location is great. The beach cruisers were a nice addition to get around the local area. There is a garage for a small car. The bed was comfortable and linens clean. The courtyard was nice. We had a great time A few things would make it better. The couch was stained and dirty, we used beach towels to sit on it. „Sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The little cottage met all our needs. Good thing I had a mini cooper that I could fit in the garage with a couple tries (though could have been my poor parking skills.) Wonderful location. Grocery and laundry within walking distance among many and varied restaurants. Enjoyed people watching and surfers.“

„My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in January. It was convenient to lots of restaurants in OB and to major tourist attractions. We took the bus downtown a couple of times and the bus stop is just around the corner. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed.“
