„Schön eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung in einer Randlage von Lincoln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Lincoln ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Franconia Notch State Park. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das schwache WLAN. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.“

„Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week ...

„Visited for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, stayed one night and could not have asked for better accommodations. We were very impressed with having frozen ice cubes and a cold water pitcher in the fridge upon arrival. Supplies for coffee in the morning was also clutch. Then a few days after we checked out, we were asked if we had left a charger in the room. It was not ours, however just the thought of asking us was unexpected and nice.“

„We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . „The views are super. The place was pretty clean - there were some spots where the cleaning could have been better. Overall, the property was very nice. However, when we arrived it was night time, there was no hot water and the exterior patio doors were left open (they are double doors). It was a cold windy night and because the exterior patio doors were not properly closed, the curtains were literally blowing around inside from the wind coming through from outside. Unfortunately, we didn't ...

„Enjoyed a long weekend ski trip. Close to mountain which was nice. Excellent club house with pool and hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes.“

„We only stayed one night, more like 12 hours and it was perfect for what we needed. There were 3 of us, the bed and pull out couch were comfy. It had everything we needed and just .8miles from all the shops and restaurants. We would stay again.“

„If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!“

„My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.“
