„Property budget friendly and close to beach access. That’s all, accommodations very poor, maintenance is non existent for accommodations meaning poorly maintained property in every aspect. But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place. Cheap, musty, dirty and unkempt, but not and I repeat NOT bug infested, a/c works and Doninoes delivers here!“

„We had an amazingly chill and peaceful weekend. It was a nice short getaway for my family. We played the games provided as well as others that we brought. The fireplace brought us all together and we enjoyed the time with each other at night. Beds were comfortable, clean and inviting. The game room downstairs was a hit with the kids.“

„It was better than expected. Great location at Point San Luis-(South of Galveston Island). Great view from the main/front patio/balcony. The house was beautiful and spacious. The best thing, it was within walking distance from the beach, approximately 2 blocks.“

„It was very easy to communicate with property management. I had some minor issues when I first arrived and "Mallory" took care of the issues. The Property was clean and spacious. I had all the amenities to prepare meals and store food items. The property was within walking distance of the beach (100 yards for so). “

„The listing indicated this was a 3 bedroom. I thought the basement area was in addition to that, but it wasn't. The upstairs was great, kitchen was well stocked, one bedroom bedside table had trash in the drawer from a previous renter and kitchen had some dirty dishes in the cabinet. Basement smelled horrible, like mold. There was visable mold on floor close to trim work. Internet didnt work for a couple days, but they fixed that issue. Area was great, was disappointed that the pool wasn't open ...

„Enjoyed my stay with family visiting on weekends. Very close beach access!!!. Great porch for watching the ocean. all as advertised. We did bring drinking water as water has "well smell" , as expected. Neighborhood/ the beach gets a little loud on weekends but I enjoyed their music. Definitely will book again when in area“

„This house is perfect for a large family or a big group of friends. We had 12 and the house as very comfortable for all of us. The home was clean with newer linens and pillows and fully stocked with enough plates, cups, cooking pans and utensils. We had plenty of towels and were able to all get a shower one after the other which is normally hard with that many people. „My son and daughter-in-law got married on the beach. We rented this home and our other family rented the one next door. It was a perfect intimate weekend with family and the house was perfect for our large group. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made for ease of everyone getting ready. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other places we’ve stayed but cooking wasn’t really in our plans. Would love to stay here again.“

"Had a great time at this hotel, the beach is a 2-3 minute walk. The room was verly clean and had a Balcony which was quite sizeable. On top of that you got a Wal-Mart, 24/7 Gas Station and a Waffle house in walking distance. I‘d definetly come back!"
