„Die Betten waren nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Aber die Zimmer waren groß und es war nahe zum Flughafen. Der Pool war schön und es gab in der Nähe Restaurants und Bars. Ebenfalls wurde ein Flughafenshuttle angeboten. Beim Einchecken war es sehr geschäftig und das Personal war etwas unfreundlich. Aber alles in allem bin ich zufrieden “

„Cost for rooms is equal to PNG experience and expectation. Like a lodge or motel in Australia. Not 3star hotel Love the staff. Friendly and helpful. Love ambience Room service lady was awesome and i had clean sheets towels, water daily. It would be great to have papuan food on menu please. The shower curtain needs cleaning in Room 101 and fridge frosts up and leaks. These are 1st world problems..... am booked in again. 😃“

„The customer service was exceptional, very friendly & accomodating staff who will do anything they can to make you stay an ejoyable. The only bad thing was drainage in the shower as the tiles were not laid properly so you had to close the water taps so as not to flood the shower room. Apart from that really enjoyed my stay.“

„Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days.“

„Nähe Strand. Leider kann man den Strand trotzdem nicht erreichen da die gesamte Strandfront bebaut ist und es keine Durchgänge gibt. Wer an den Strand will, sollte besser ein Hotel mit direkter Strandlage wählen. In der Umgebung existieren Gedautomaten, Supermärkte, normale Märkte, Restaurants und viel „ursprüngliches Leben“ ;-) empfehlenswert!“
