„House was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked with decent amount of dishes and pots and pans. House is a bit smaller than pictures look. Lots of cats hang around. We saw at least 6. They didn't bother us except the one who sleeps on the back porch gave me a scare when it unexpectedly ran in front of me. The child in our group that was allergic to cats did not react so cats haven't been in the house.“

„My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.“

„We had a great time relaxing in this home. It was very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable! Kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies! Walking to the river and fishing in the morning and evening was so nice and fun for the kids. When finding the house look at the street signs not your phone, it’s easy! We learned from other reviews to turn on the hot tub as soon as we arrived to let it warm up. „My sister lives in this neighborhood, so it was a no-brainer that we would want to stay here. Very convenient to downtown Redding. The listing is not very clear as I didn't find out that the studio apartment (door A) is included in the overall price of the rental. PLEASE independently verify this, but it makes the price a little more reasonable for the space.
