Your tour guide will meet you at the kindergarden - please do not stand around in the middle of the street, there is frequent car traffic! • Be sure to arrive on time, as the tour must start promptly. You will not be able to contact your guide after the tour has started as there is no cell phone reception within the cave system. • A refund cannot be issued if you arrive late and miss the tour departure • Do not go to the “Labyrinth” - that’s a different place!
