It's the usual story. Everything that might be fine with the accommodation is completely ruined by the horrible staff. The check-in was already very stressful. It is assumed that you know the hotel's internal terms and work processes, but the other way around is not welcomed if the guest has demands. Every piece of information, no matter how tiny, has to be extracted from the staff one by one. The worst part was the check-out. I have rarely seen such a lack of motivation. No greeting for the morning, no farewell words, just - without looking up - an annoyed: "Key in there". I had to be very persistent to get a bill. Sorry guys, if you don't like the job, just look for something else and save the guests from your bad mood !
