Other things to note
Please note that this is the lower unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from upstairs. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking. This Basement Suite is not suitable for guests with active toddlers/young children as there will be noise that travels upstairs which will impact other guests' experience.

Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.
