This is a 1 Bed unit with a large living room. The Bedroom has a large queen bed and a couch that is converted into a queen bed sleeper. Bedroom has an attached full bath.
The living room has a L-shaped couch that is convertible into a queen size bed; two kids can sleep comfortably on it. Living room and bedroom has access to a balcony. Balcony is very airy, the beach being very close, and with a view of the ocean from the side; a great place to have a nice morning breakfast.

The building has three elevators and this building exit is closest to the beach, just a few steps into the gate leading to the beach sand. From the first floor exit, you can directly access the rainbow pool, which is a big family outdoor pool. Additionally, the community has indoor pool, Gym, tennis and basket ball courts. During summers, the community places many barbecue grills outside that guests can use.

Kitchen is fully equipped, you only need to bring groceries or, shops like ACME and Walmart are not very far away, if you plan to shop. We keep the unit very clean and disinfected.

The community has indoor and outdoor pools, basketball , tennis courts and fitness center.

Check-in / Check-out is contactless.

Upon booking a standard short-term rental agreement will be sent for guest signatures. We will need guest names, proof like Driver's license and complete address.

Note: We do not allow pets (Not that we do not love them, it is for convenience of all our guests). If there are exceptional cases, we may allow at additional cost.

Kids less than 18yrs. age must be accompanied by an adult. Only 4 guests.

No linens provided (similar to other homes in this community). Guests to bring own Linen for hygiene reasons.

Occupancy is limited to guests on this contract only. No outside guests allowed at any time even for short visits, day or overnight. Additional guests are charged at $400/night, if found.
