The Plantation Golf & Country Club is within walking distance of everything Venice has to offer. The community pool is close by for catching some Florida rays and cooling down in hot weather. Don't miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Vehicle Policy: Pickup trucks may park in designated parking areas and driveways during daytime hours, but must be parked in a garage or off-premises at night. Motorcycles must be parked in the garage when not in use. Commercial/Recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, and campers are prohibited. 6+ months rentals may have one conforming pet with written permission from the homeowner and with Board approval.

No membership transfer is included for this property. Myrtle Trace Condominium Association in Plantation Golf and Country Club requires all guests to complete an application to lease. There is a non-refundable $100 application fee which will be added to the reservation. The HOA requires that all forms be submitted 45 days before check-in.
