Convenient location but dirty
Check-in and check out were seamless and it was not difficult to come in and out of the VRBO. It was conveniently located in Chinatown which is close to many popular places like Robson street and Granville Island.However, our sofabeds that were supposed to sleep two people each had dirt on both sides and even on some of the beds. It was disgusting and the sofa bed in their other listing was not a pullout and could barely fit one person lying down. There were no sheets for the sofa beds so we had to use some blankets to get by. In addition, the doors of the single beds did not close and so those who slept in those rooms will not have any privacy. The bathrooms are connected by one shower so you can literally walk through the shower of one bathroom to enter the other bathroom, which is only separated by a curtain. If this is okay with you, then don't worry about this complaint. However, all of these issues caused some turmoil for those in our group. We only got an air mattress and some sheets that don't even fit in the room and our group was crammed (i.e. three people to a bed so that we didn't have to sleep on the dirty mattresses and we were down one sofa bed).I contacted the host immediately to receive some sort of accommodation and/or refund, but they have stopped responding to me after we stayed at their place.
