Adorable 2 Bedroom Guest Home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is build for your comfort with two spacious bedrooms, closet space & a sofa bed. Inside the home we have two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area. Main amenities include high speed wifi, smart television, and dishwasher. Experience suburban living in a quiet neighbourhood while remaining about 30 minutes away from central downtown. Ample street parking located close to the coach home.

The Space
Opening the front door you have a small mud space for your coats and shoes. To help you feel right at home the living space is furnished with a comfy sofa bed. We have stocked the living room with fun board games, a smart television with Netflix and interesting books for your entertainment.

In the kitchen, is located a dining table fit for four, brand new appliances and cabinetry. Appliances includes a hot water kettle, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, knives and kitchen wear for all your cooking needs. If there is something that you may need we are only a short distance away in the main home of the property.

The first bedroom contains two spacious closets (for all your luggage with coat hangers if you needed), a full size bed, a desk, bookshelf and two bedside tables.

The second bedroom contains one spacious closet, a full size bed, two bedsides table, a bookshelf and access to our small patio for a breath of fresh air.

The home is build for 4-5 people comfortably but 6 people can fit snuggly. Children are welcome but be sure to bring your own crib if needed. Please note, we do not have children cabinet in the space which is important to note.
