Pottsvillas is a recently-renovated exclusive holiday accomodation and is a tastefully presented beachside complex of 3 units. The 1 bedroom unit offers a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a huge separate bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed with beautiful soft linens.

The unit has an outdoor patio area exclusively for the guests of the 1 bedroom unit, and large beautiful common garden and lawn areas for all guests of Pottsvillas invited to enjoy.

Bathroom comes equipped with shower and toilet. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are all provided.

PLEASE NOTE: The internet connection at Pottsvillas may be slow or unreliable at times. Streaming services or heavy internet usage may be affected.

We have ample parking on site (clear gravel areas) and everything in Pottsville is within walking distance from Pottsvillas. You won't need a car at all while staying at Pottsvillas!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful garden and lawns in the front and rear of the property which is common property for Pottsvillas guests to enjoy. Pull out a picnic blanket and play some lawn games, and enjoy the chilled vibes of Potty!

Pottsvillas is a short walk to 'the creek' (Mooball Creek estuary) and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This small complex contains 2 other apartments that may at times have other guests staying in them. Each apartment is self contained with private entrance and out door seating.
-Smoking is not permitted anywhere on any property
- Quiet Hours 8pm-8am
- Strict no Parties or event Policy
- No Pets
- All breakages must be reported
- No drugs are permitted on the property

The property must not be used by more than the number of guests booked and paid for on your reservation, either visiting or staying at the property, without written approval.
All guests should abide by the NSW Short Term Rental Code of Conduct.

Please note any breach of any house rules may result in cancellation of booking and guests being required to leave and strictly no refund being issued.
