This property is under renovation. A layer of dust is on most furniture. The air conditioning does not cool, only the fan works. Check mattresses. Our hide-a-bed mattress was covered in blood and urine.

Summer was amazing checking us in! We were originally booked in a room that wasn’t renovated but due to me having a 20 year birthday anniversary at this location, she moved us to a newly renovated room!

I was an old dusty room everyone else in n my group was an a renovated clean room and I was send to a room right next to the construction area. I had a dripping faucet the whole time. I would never stay and that hotel ever again.

The property is undergoing renovations and the room we were given was pre renovation so there were bad smells, stains etc. The staff members were a bit indifferent and the breakfast food quality was on par with a lower tier hotel. We were not impressed with this stay at all.

Ice make on 7th floor did not work nor did Ice maker on 5tt floor work. Every trash can in the ice vending areas for floor 5, 6 and 7 were full the entire weekend.

No one told me there was going to be construction and the pools were going to be closed and I brought my kids to go swimming in particular. Also it was hot and noisy and dirty everywhere.

The staff was extremely great. Very prompt when calling the desk and asking for supplies.I do wish i would've known it was under construction and that the pool wasnt open when i was booking. We didnt have heat in the room for both nights, the tv wasnt connecting to internet, had trouble with hot water our last morning. Breakfast was a little on the cooler side. Wish it wouldve been hot.

They’re under construction right now and my kids were not able to swim which was one of the main reason we wanted to stay. Also we were woken up at 8 in the morning to men drilling and hammering. Also we had trouble with getting hot water. It definitely wasn’t an amazing experience.
