The sunny townhouse is located at Rancho Vistoso, a sought-after neighborhood at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, and is bordered by a wildlife preserve. It is not uncommon to spot an array of birds, including Cooper’s hawks, roadrunners, cardinals, and vermillion flycatchers. You might even glimpse a jackrabbit, bobcat, or javelina, or hear the distant songs of our wily, southwest coyotes!

Guest access
As a guest here, you have the entire condo to yourself. The condo is located in the friendly and clean residential neighborhood in Vistoso Golf Casitas. Guests have access to all community amenities until 10pm daily. With a walking score of 57 and bike score of 73, the neighborhood is easy to navigate.
There is one reserved uncovered parking spot along with additional free surface lot parking. From here you're just minutes to local grocery stores, retail shops, breweries, museums, and parks. This wonderful condo just north of Tucson proper has everything you need for a refreshing stay.
