As you enter apartment , you walk into a long hallway which leads to the spacious lounge /dining room. Off said hallway there is a shower room and a large independent kitchen with galleria equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and kitchen utensils.
The lounge/dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa , 40 inch smart tv, air-conditioning and a dining table. There is also a small balcony off the living room from where you can see the nearby park.
Off the lounge is a small hallway, which has 3 bedrooms and a walk-in shower in the bathroom leading off. The first bedroom has a king size bed with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes , with a ceiling fan & light. The third bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan with light.
This property also has WIFI.

Guest Access:
This apartment is on the third floor, there are 2 lifts available to use to access the property.

The Neighborhood:
The centre of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes walk away where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. On the seafront of Torrevieja, there is a night market and fun fair during the summer season and a selection of bars along the port walkway.
Also close by is also the Habaneras Commercial Centre, with a cinema and bowling alley in the neighboring Ozone Center. The Aquapolis water park is a 5 minutes drive away ( Open in the summer season only)

Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance, however if you wish to explore further a car is required.

Check in is from 16:00 and checkout is by 11:00.
For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
