Load your beach wagon and in less than a 3-minute walk, your toes are in the sand, and you're ready to set up your spot on the beach. If you forget anything or need to replenish supplies, it's a quick walk back to the house. The private pier on the Intracoastal has a boat slip as well as a high deck with amazing views of the natural habitat – it's a great spot for watching birds and boats, and for fishing.
