We were staying here due to a family emergency that turned into a death in the family. The manager was very kind with us and the hotel was great. Only minor complaints. Only 5 lb dumbbells in the fitness center and many of the TV channels didn't work.

I've enjoyed the pool. But the hottub wasn't working. The front desk wasn't helpful in finding us a king size bed because we made reservation from a third party.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants and was quiet. Easy access to old Santa Fe and museums.
