Balcony Use:

No Hanging Clothes or Towels: Please refrain from hanging clothes, towels, or any items on the balcony. This helps maintain the aesthetic and safety of the property.

Grilling: Grilling is only permitted on the balcony if you are using an electric grill. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed due to safety regulations.
Occupancy Limit:

Maximum Guests: The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Please respect this limit to ensure comfort and compliance with fire and safety regulations.
General Conduct:

Noise Levels: Be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Trash Disposal: Please use the designated trash bins and recycle properly. Keeping the space clean is greatly appreciated.
Respect for Property:

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

No Pets: We love pets, but for the comfort of all guests, no pets are allowed.
Safety and Security:

Lock Doors: Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the unit.
Emergency Contacts: In case of an emergency, please contact the South Padre Island Police Department and inform us immediately.
