Out standing service and beautifull place , Closed to the beach ,restaurants ,and famous ocean dr and many more !

Really loved the location. The pool is amazing although some of those chairs and towels need refreshing. Nicoli and Priscilla kept us refreshed at the pool all day. That was by far a highlight. Maria at the bar in the lobby was also fantastic and so nice.

First night, we couldn’t sleep because of a next door neighbor’s fighting. The other thing was the mildew around the shower glass and you can see water damage on the ceiling. But on the positive, it’s closed to the beach about 10min walking distance.

So happy we booked this property. Views of Biscayne bay and downtown were absolutely amazing. Elevators were always fast and clean. Pool and bar were nice, wasn’t aware that pool closes at 7pm, the best time to enjoy the sunset from the pool. Now, let me say that we were greater by Mark. We have never been served by someone in a hotel by someone that genuinely wanting to help guests and to provide THE best possible experience and service to the guest he is helping. We were not even waiting for him to help us, I guess he saw us waiting in line and he approached us to see how can he help us. I am serious, Mark is the best. I hope this will be seen by his boss so he can be Thanked and rewarded in a way that’s possible for you. Thank you Mark!

I was satisfied until it was time for bed and there was a roach on my bedside table. I was totally disgusted and checked-out of the hotel at 3:30am and went to another hotel South Beach. The front desk was helpful with my concerns and offered to provide me with another room however at that point I was not able to feel comfortable in the hotel.
