Vineyard View Cottage befindet sich auf dem Weingut von Busby Cellars, einem preisgekrönten Weingut und Weingut in der Fair Play Weinregion.

Das Cottage ist 1.200 sq ft. Und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Der offene und einladende Grundriss eignet sich hervorragend für Gruppen und unterhaltsam. Eine große Rotholz-Decke führt zu einer spektakulären Panoramablick auf die Weinberge mit Blick auf 15 Hektar wunderschöne Weintrauben und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge.

Das Haus verfügt über eine Gourmet-Küche, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Grill, Patio-Restaurants und vieles mehr. Ein Fernseher und ein DVD-Player sind in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls enthalten. Luxuriös im Komfort mit ägyptischen Baumwolltüchern, hochfadenigen Bettwäsche und bequemen Betten. Auf Anfrage steht ein aufblasbares Kingsize-Hochbett für insgesamt 8 Personen im Haus zur Verfügung.

Vier Weingüter sind innerhalb von 2 Meilen von der Hütte, und 30+ Weingüter sind in den Weinanbaugebieten Pleasant Valley und Fair Play, nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Eine 15-minütige Fahrt bringt Sie zu den Weingütern im Shenandoah Valley und den verschiedenen Attraktionen von Amador County. Ein Café und ein Gourmetrestaurant befinden sich nur 1,5 km vom Cottage entfernt. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Pizzeria, ein chinesisches Restaurant und ein Pub sind 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Der nahegelegene Jenkinson's Lake / Sly Park bietet wunderbare Wanderwege, Picknickplätze, Bootsverleih sowie Forellen- und Barschangeln. Das historische Placerville ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt, genau wie Apple Hill, ein klassisches Familienziel mit über 50 Farmen, Weingütern, Brauereien, Kunsthandwerk und vielen kinderfreundlichen Aktivitäten. South Lake Tahoe ist nur eine Autostunde vom Cottage entfernt.

Wir akzeptieren hausgebildete, gut erzogene, weit gereiste Hunde, die von Fall zu Fall ausgewertet werden. Es gibt eine Gebühr von 30 USD pro Hund und Nacht sowie eine vollständig erstattbare Kaution von 300 USD für Hunde. Nur Hunde; keine anderen Tiere erlaubt. Comfortable property and a very helpful owner

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was better than the pics show. The owner was very helpful and recommended restaurants, as we were arriving on a holiday. Also, since our kids headed to ski and we didn't have a car - he hosted us for a wine tasting and even made arrangements including transport with neighboring winery so my wife and I had a very enjoyable day on our own.Highly recommend this property and you can reach out to him directly for future reservations.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay

We visited to celebrate a family member's birthday with wine tasting around the area. Everything with the house was great -- it couldn't have been easier and the location was central to the wineries we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the multiple areas to sit outside with lovely views of the vineyards. The bottle of Busby Cellar's wine awaiting us when we arrived was much appreciated and we enjoyed visiting the Busby tasting room to meet our host.

Great property and clean

The house is located on a knoll above the vineyards with a large covered front deck to enjoy your morning coffee or celebrate a beautiful sunset. The property is in wine country and close to other vineyards for ease of wine tasting or exploring the surrounding area. There are some restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like cooking or use the well equipped kitchen to whip up a meal. The cooking pans could use updating but everything else was spot on! The hosts were outstanding and easy to reach for questions or concerns. The checkin/out process was very easy and not complicated. They provided all the essentials and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Excellent Location

The only recommendation is that another mirror be added.There is only 1 mirror located in the bathroom, for two bedrooms. Location is quiet with plenty of parking, towels, dishes and well equipped kitchen.

A very pleasant stay

We were in town for an event at the Ranch at Stoney Creek and some wine tasting in the area. The house was perfect for our family! It overlooked a beautiful vineyard and had a large yard for our grandsons to run around and play. The large front porch was also very nice for ending our day watching the sunset. We had plenty of nice towels, including beach towels if you venture out to the river or Suttons Creek. For groceries we would recommend Holiday Market. It’s about 10 minutes away and has a good selection. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wine Country Gem

This is a basic but great rental. The mattresses are firm, but I like that, so I was very comfortable. The blinds close nice and tight so that you can sleep in without the sun waking you up. The home was spacious with a very functional kitchen and plenty of hot water for showers. The couches were comfy to hang out on in the evening. It’s close to all the Fair Play wineries and a Dollar General for any last minute things you might need. The only thing I would comment negatively on was the amount of dust and dirt on the blinds, window sills and in the corners. Not a huge deal, but the cleaning service should step up their game a bit. I’m sure the owner, Elliot, is paying them a decent amount, and he should get what he pays for. Overall, a fantastic place to stay while in the wine country. Next time, I’ll bring my dog with me. Wine tasting get away

Elliot and Sherry were wonderful hosts and facilitated our stay in so many ways. Home well equipped. They opened up the wine tasting for us, made check in and leaving easy, and helped us in getting a bit of exercise for our active dogs. Dog heaven country property. Close to a lot of wonderful wineries too.

Busby Cellars Rental

This was truly a great place to stay. Very quiet environment with great views of the wooded countryside. The Fairplay wineries are all within reasonable driving distance and there's always Busby Cellars just steps away. Our group agreed that we will return.

Vineyard Relaxation

We came to relax and do some wine tasting for our anniversary and this was the perfect spot to do it. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the hosts were so accommodating. Hanging out in the shade of the Oak trees and bar-b-que’ing on the deck with the most gorgeous sunset looking out on the vineyard was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed wine tasting right on the property and learning about the wine making process. Thank you for the great weekend!

Beautiful View over the Vineyard

Lovely home with a porch to enjoy the beautiful view. Bbq'd dinner on the porch the first night. Although we had dinner reservations for the second night, we cancelled those and decided just to relax on the porch with cheese, crackers and wine. The hosts were very nice. We enjoyed their tasting room and wines (Busby Cellars) on our way out. Not to mention the wonderful bottle of wine left in the rental as a welcome. All in all, a wonderful stay. Hopefully, we'll be able to return soon.
