Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern am berühmtesten und malerischsten Platz von Sevilla, an der Plaza de Santa Cruz, nur wenige Schritte von der Kathedrale und den wunderschönen Gärten des Alcázar entfernt.

Das Apartment ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Sevilla von einem seiner charakteristischsten und berühmtesten Viertel aus kennenzulernen: Santa Cruz. Das Gebäude ist ein dreistöckiges, regionalistisches Haus ohne Aufzug mit schönen Fenstern zum Platz, das komplett renoviert wurde und in dem Komfort und Modernität perfekt mit einer wunderschönen traditionellen Atmosphäre harmonieren.

Perfect location

The apartment was perfectly located, so close to everything. The apartment itself was cute and has so much potential, but could use a little TLC. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and the property managers were very responsive.

Such a disappointment

Long story short we ended up staying in the place only the first night of our booking, then moving to a hotel. First the manager didn’t give us the address until we had arrived in the Sevilla train station and we’re waiting to hire a taxi. Once we got to the apartment we waited again for someone to come and let us in. At last, in the apartment there was no electricity and, of course being June in Sevilla, it was extremely hot. The person who let us in contacted the office and was told to flip the circuit breakers on the electrical panel, which worked to restore power. We started to unpack and settle in but the electricity went off two more times requiring us, the guests, to flip the circuit breakers. This did not inspire confidence in the safety of the wiring in an old building. We contacted the manager via WhatsApp and we’re told that the technical team had been informed but no one was able to come and look at the problem. Given that this was a Saturday we were concerned that no one would be available to look at the problem the next day, Sunday, either. We informed the manager that we were concerned about safety and the unreliability of the air conditioning and refrigeration. The manager assured us that everything was fine despite no one having come to look at the problem. We told the manager at that time that we were uncomfortable and would be leaving the next day. We asked for a refund but we’re refused.

Great location!

Beautiful terrace, fantastic location, easy check-in. Only thing is terrible mosquito problem & could do with more cutlery & crockery. Apartment could also do with a little refurb (bed & furniture is pretty worn & basic). But overall a great stay - main thing is great communication from hosts & really a superb location.

PERFECT SEVILLE LOCATION

GREAT SUN TERRACE, COMFORTABLE BED, POWERFULL SHOWER, SUPER BASE TO EXPLORE SEVILLE, INFORMATION ON LOCAL RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS ETC FROM A HOST WHO UNFORTUNATELY COULDNT MEET US WHEN WE ARRIVED WOUKD HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFULL, OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN A LOVELY CITY.

Stay was great, property was in an awesome location and near to food, the park, and other things. There was some obvious signs of water damage in the apartment and it smelled a bit like paint, but not a problem to us!

Just the Basics

The location is spectacular, close to all things you want to visit. Balcony of the flat was wonderful in the AM and winding down in the evening. Air conditioning works well and cools the place in the summer. However, the rest of the flat is very very basic. If you plan to cook any meals this flat will not work for you. WIFI is very slow. While clean, it appears that this apartment has not been updated for 30 years. Lastly, you will have to have the ability to climb super narrow stairs to get to your apartment; there is no elevator.

Locations, views, house charm was great! On the dark side, queen bed was not good for what is paid for, limitied cooking options and last but not least houses in Sevilla are not well isolated so it was a bit cold inside the house unless heater is on all the time!

Very nice apartment in great location. Clean and updated with very enjoyable terrace.

We rented this apartment for four nights in early October and it was delightful. The ad was accurate and was what we expected for two people. It is in a great location and being a top floor penthouse has a nice terrace with a table and four chairs with views of the Plaza Santa Cruz. Since the weather was quite hot the air conditioning was much appreciated. The kitchen is pretty basic and there are a few items that could be added but still met our needs. While there is a television there are no English speaking channels which really wasn't a big deal since there is internet and we were out and about much of the time anyway. There isn't an elevator to reach the apartment which is on the third floor. That wasn't a problem for us but some might find it a bit of a hike up the 50 stairs. All in all for a short stay such as ours it was a great apartment which we enjoyed very much. Staff at the rental office were very helpful meeting us at the agreed upon time and giving us an orientation to the apartment. They also arranged transportation to the airport which was helpful.
