„Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull ...

„Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.“

„I stayed here with my girlfriend. We both loved how beautiful the house was and the scenic property. There are wonderful amenities and activities for entertainment. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall the house was perfect, very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the game area downstairs made it a fun stay! Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, fun retreat! “

„We stayed there for Laconia weekend 2024. 4 couples were very comfortable. The street up to a certain part to get to location is paved then dirt. The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. „I stayed for a long weekend with my spouse, 3 cousins, 1 dog, and 3 girls age 9-11. We all had a blast with the indoor pool especially the kids. The pool table also got a lot of use. I liked that there were TVs and thermostats in every room. The house was very clean and cozy. The host Andrea was easy to communicate with when I had any questions and got someone out quickly to plow the driveway when we got a ton of snow overnight.
