Renters and guest accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and pool area renters will hold owner harmless. I understand if there are dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the damage to any person swimming and if a person has health risk, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or uses any kind of drugs or medication or while pregnant. Guest fully agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur.
