This Sedona hideaway is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or remote workers seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience close to top attractions, hiking trails, and energy vortex sites.

Please note that no pets are allowed.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire studio with a private patio lounge and are welcome to use the shared community patio located beside a stream a short pathway from the condo. There is also an on-site laundry facility and use of one parking space close to the condo entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Loved West Sedona neighborhood.
Conveniently located near trails, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, tourist attractions, and more.

Walking distance to Walgreens, Starbucks, Safeway and the bus stop.

Getting Around:
You could get away without renting a car staying here, however, Sedona is extremely spread out. In order to maximize your experience it is best to rent a car.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

LAUNDRY AREA - It’s behind this unit, once you’re up those first couple of steps make a right there will be a patio area with tables once you see that make a left and there’s a separate building for the laundry. It cost money to use the machines and they do accept card.
